Pros
Highly ethical company. Always works to do the right thing by its customers and by the laws in the jurisdictions it serves. Excellent benefits, amenities and a nice stock plan. Strong technical talent, committed people. CEO with a vision. He's aligned everyone and is making a lot of really good choices for the business.
Cons
Culture of working on too many things at once. And it all has to be done now. Transformation initiatives trickle down from the top, little emphasis in holding or training mid-level managers to initiative standards.
