This is specific to my organization but the managers lack leadership and are micromanagers. There's also no work/life balance. A co-worker was super sick but was expected to come into work because there were deadlines to meet. If there was a true need for them to work at least allow them to work from home. What happened to keeping it human? There is also a lot of nepotism in this organization.

Low Salary noted. Difficult to ever obtain a raise and really only lateral positions at the same salary are available. There is really no place to go to obtain a higher salary in this company and it's a billion dollar company. I was in a division who was trained to do 70% of another position and never received a salary increase. Supervisors are always in meetings.
