      Pros

      Profit sharing. Some really strong tenured employees. Sabbaticals. Diverse work force. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Very poor middle management; not very bright, do not make contributions. You'll spend your time covering for them or be perceived as a threat. Insurmountable gap between top executives and performing employees. Management is structured in layers to deflect responsibility. PayPal has a nasty habit of firing white males when they reach the 10 year mark (to save money.) Limited advancement potential. Politics are emphasized over productivity.

      good benefits, nice working environment, employee events, good tools to do your job

      Cons

      jury is out as to whether leadership really wants organic growth or really is just positioning for acquisition, incompetent managers/leaders can survive within the org due to constant employee turnover, lack of professionalism, for being a .com/virtual company they are not very open to employees being remote from leadership

      Pros

      Great campus, good benefits, lots of opportunity as a business, and some good people trying to make a difference. But .....

      Cons

      Poor, inexperienced and disorganized senior management and leadership, continuous re-organizations, lack of corporate alignment; plenty of self interested agenda's, and a culture of 'Me' versus 'Us.' A lot of leaders faking it. In terms of process, discipline and expertise in people and process, PayPal is very poor. Business is heavily dependent on eBay customer base. Buy or sell stock? Sell!
