      Some great individuals who are eager to build and execute at a high level, and a competitive industry with interesting challenges

      Cons

      Too many sycophantic people playing politics and hamstringing innovation and growth, a (revolving door) leadership team who puts more stock in slogans and rocket emojis than running an efficient business, incessant layoffs and reorgs, poor employee experience and morale

      Specific to CS roles: No work from home, micro management, unsupportive, unrealistic KDI expectations, dehumanising, you’re just a number, deal with stressed/depressed agents by telling them they are not cut out to work for PayPal, make sweeping changes to shifts/roles/work from home with no notice, no chance of progression, inexperienced team leaders with poor people management skills, no accountability, toxic culture.
