Cons

Every job here that I have encountered pays significantly less than the same position at comparable companies. Communication is terrible across the board. Teams and organizations are heavily siloed, but even within each team, the various levels of management do not communicate effectively. When organizational change happens, it is poorly executed, and seems to be done with no planning at all. There are very few opportunities for advancement, and the company does not feel like it is growing. The atmosphere is oppressively woke.
