Some really truly great people to work with.

Cons

Competition within the same team to handle the same piece of work has created tension. Groups operate in silos far too often and there's a ton of politics to deal with. Lack of concise direction from executive level - they preach one thing, or get on you for not having built something, then turn around and cut resources/funding for that same thing they were claiming was a priority. Be consistent.

Benefits - Relaxed dress code - Range of schedules and various types of jobs - Some amazing people. Great business model, easy to see the vision and get behind it. Great experience for college students.

Cons

Clique-Atmosphere; it's not necessarily what you know but who you know. Little flexibility, micro-management atmosphere. Production-Stats driven, little-to-no room for common sense or exceptions.
