It is a fun, casual, and open environment where everyone is completely accessible from the CEO down.

Pros

You can walk into anyone's office and have a chat. Everyone is extremely friendly and as time goes by you get to know people in every department whether you work closely with them or not. Managers who want to help you grow and give you the power to make big decisions. Not to mention there are catered lunches every Friday, a Foosball table, and a Bubble Hockey rink right next to the kitchen, not too far away from the kegerator. Casual dress environment, no drama, no politics, and great culture.

Cons

Moved to a more corporate building because of our growth but now dogs are not allowed in the office because of the new building's rules.

Pros

PaySimple is a good place to work due to the culture and people. Execs are very approachable and always willing to listen to new ideas. Great energy from most folks. People genuinely care about making the company better every day.

Cons

Not everything has always gone according to plan, but it rarely does in a growing company. Management does a good job of learning from mistakes and moving forward in a new direction. This can be challenging, but also makes things interesting.
