Good if you can handle stress

Great benefits, amazing lower level management (at least in our dept) and team is always ready and willing to assist newer representatives.

Cons

A lot of rapid changes in upper level management makes it seem like the company is still finding their footing. This specific job is great, a lot of good opportunities to connect with the community and make an impact. However, it is a sales job. If you can't handle the stress of meeting sales metrics, you will not have a good time.
