Off-site work, create your own schedule, nice office, office snacks, young workforce, growth opportunities.

Leadership often unreasonable and behind the times. Unrealistic expectations from clients.

Pros

Great company that is seeing huge growth in all departments. Lots of room for upward mobility. CEO has terrific vision for out 1, 5, and 10 yr plan.

Cons

Lots of travel depending on the territory, but that was discussed in the interview process.
