Pros

The coworkers were really incredible. We are trauma bonded for life.

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. You are expected to put in as much OT as possible and the client is always right even when they aren't. It's completely toxic and not worth the pay.

Pros

You'll get solid hands-on experience with React, PHP, and full-stack development. The team itself was collaborative—my peers were helpful and willing to share knowledge, which made the day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

Work-life balance was a significant challenge. Long hours were expected regularly, especially around sprint deadlines and releases, which made it difficult to maintain personal commitments. Management communication could be inconsistent—priorities would shift without clear explanation, and there wasn't always transparency about project timelines or expectations. Limited feedback on performance made it hard to gauge where you stand or how to grow within the organization.
