-good benefits -cheap lunch meals

Cons

-it’s a scary place to work, never know when you will get walked out -tax department doesn’t get paid enough for the work -paycom likes to not do what they say. So many times I’ve been told something and it didn’t end up happening. Was supposed to get a raise a month ago and now it’s “put off until further notice”.

Great Company for starting out but needs some work

- $1 health insurance - work on some cool projects - work with a passionate team - excellent pto - great stock plan

Cons

-pay is low for software developers but still good - higher ups need to get better at making estimates for projects - focus more on getting out quality work rather than rushing it.

- Great place to learn and grow - Endless problems to solve - Solid pay with consistent raises and bonuses - Truly full-stack web development, plus we are starting to handle more of our own deployments (as every engineer should). - Leaders give decent recognition - Surrounded by many different technologies - Hybrid Work

Cons

- Culture/activities do not seem like a company priority - Managers are unaware of our own software development process, and how much it has changed since they were developers. More work on Dev Teams than ever - Projects often don't see the light of day or don't get enabled - Directions change like the wind
