Growth and opportunity. This company is not slowing down. The benefits just keep getting better, especially for salaried employees. For hourly employees there is consistently good pay and good work environments. All around the company, leaders are cheering on their employees. Company-wide effort to engage employees, quarterly gifts and free lunches. You get out of this company what you put into it.

Cons

Lots of growth means lots of work! It is not consistent work though- some days you might be at 50% and a new project comes out of nowhere and then you're back at 100% so, you have to be able to keep up with the pace and know your schedule will change.

Paycom is a fast paced organization full of growth, professional development, and opportunity to learn, move up in title, and grow financially. We have an excellent culture and team atmosphere that is incredibly supportive, with competitive individuals who will encourage you to be your best. If you are willing to work hard and have a positive attitude, the opportunities are truly endless here!

Cons

We are a high growth organization which means you will be put in the stretch zone, we have high expectations, and big jobs - we handle people's payroll which is extremely important! If you are willing to work hard and learn, you will be supported and find success here! If not, this is not the company for you.

I absolutely love the people at Paycom. Everyone is so incredibly hard working, but also SO fun to work with. Paycom truly values their employees and provides great growth opportunities. Leadership is open to feedback and new ideas, giving everyone, no matter their role, the opportunity to initiate change. If you're a hard-working individual who loves to continually learn and grow, this is the place for you!
