      Pros

      Paycom has been amazing during every step of the process from the recruiting, hiring, training and helping achieve my goals as a sales rep. The opportunity for growth in the company is like none other and the opportunity to really create am incredible life both professionally and personally is amazing. It honestly is the best opportunity I have ever been given and I am very thankful to be apart of the Paycom family.

      Cons

      The job does require a lot of work, but the rewards of the job exceed far beyond the work!

      Paycom is amazing! From the very beginning of the hiring process I knew that this company went above and beyond all others I had ever applied for or worked for. Employees are empowered and are given all of the tools to succeed from day one. The company culture is one of learning and you really feel as though all of your hard work will pay off. I am so grateful to be working for such an awesome company.

      Cons

      Not much vacation time as a new hire.

      Pros

      I love that Paycom is a work hard, play hard type of company! This allows the employees to grow professionally and personally within the environment.

      Cons

      The only cons I would have, is maybe keeping the trainers updated so they can teach the new hires. However, with the growth I believe they are doing a great job.
