      Grateful and blessed to be at Paycom

      Pros

      I am grateful for the many blessings that have been bestowed upon me from my family to my career. If I were to choose one thing that I am most grateful for within Paycom, it would be the people. Each individual within Paycom is an incredible driving force and when we all work together as one mechanism, moving in the same direction, amazing accomplishments can be achieved.

      Cons

      My only downside of working at Paycom is I would like to have more PTO by increased PTO or accruing PTO quicker.
