      Great employer with a lot of opportunity for growth

      Pros

      Great benefits, tech company that is ever-evolving and current leadership seems to be very interested in developing employees and providing new opportunities for both clients and employees.

      Cons

      It can be a lot of work. Most departments have many focuses at one time so it can be a juggling act. Your work life balance can be a real juggling act but if you are willing to put in the work you can grow a lot in a short period of time as an employee.

      Opportunity for advancement, team environment, personal and professional growth, 1$ employee healthcare, great training, competitive pay, stock options, cafeteria, gym, Paycom sponsored events

      Cons

      Company moves at a rapid rate which can create above average stress, which comes with the opportunity for growth. Must be able to adapt quickly to constant change

      Pros

      There is a heavy focus on employee development. Both technical and professional/personal development. Good benefits in most areas ($1 personal health, stock program, gym, parties and events). From my view - the leadership team cares about the employees. Do not work here if you want an easy job. You learn and develop but you work hard.

      Cons

      Continue to focus on workload balance in some departments. Benefits for families and those expecting need improvement.
