      Pros

      This company is exploding with growth and opportunity for financial, personal, and professional growth. I have seen the beginnings of this company and all it does is get stronger and grow. They care so much about the success of their employees and clients as well. Social Responsibility is crucial to this company as well, and definitely want to make an impact in the community to help those in need of food, shelter and clothing as well with multiple charities that they are involved in. Great CULTURE, and GREAT Leadership.

      Cons

      Growing pains! This is it. Constant change, but change is good and necessary to make a company grow and to get better.

      Pros

      Management team cares about the employees and engages with them often. The training that is provided is better than anything I've seen before! Competitive pay and great benefits is the icing on the cake.

      Cons

      Growing fast, lots of opportunity and positions to fill! High standards which keep the turnover rate lower than most.

      Pros

      Great benefits, random events for employees, fun and engaging work culture, room for growth. Free access to Yoga, boot camp and gym facilities. Constant training. Great appraisal system. Catered lunches for $4.

      Cons

      PTO is slim your first year, also you put in overtime certain times in the year. That could be a pro for some people.
