      Pros

      Paycom has been the best company I have ever worked for. I come from a background of Customer Service Management and Sales. I was wanting more from a Company, more incentive, more growth opportunities and more responsibility. I finally found Paycom!! The atmosphere and the people are open, encouraging and positive. Paycom is the place to work and the answer.

      Cons

      I honestly dont have any. Paycom is growing and continues to listen and meet the needs of their people.

      Pros

      The interview process was outlined before my interview began. The recruiters were there to assist me through the hiring process, as well as provide me with the tools necessary to be successful. After beginning here, the training program was equally as helpful. Everyone here is determined to give you the tools you need to do well.

      Cons

      My training did not start for a few weeks after I got hired, but everyone on my team was extremely helpful in teaching me and answering any questions I had.

      Really good benefits they help you with health and 401k.

      Low pay for where you live.
