Pros

-good coworkers -free soda fountain -$4 lunches -pay was great towards the end -amazing benefits

Cons

-stressed pretty much the entire 3 years I was employed -had to churn out products, even if they weren't complete -too many department wide changes, C-level couldn't decide how to run the company -says they care about the employees but everyone is stressed and scared -they took away ability to advance careers for most QA inside the company -many layoffs

Pros

Base salary is $100k, if you sell anything at all you are going to make BANK! Their commission structure is great. One of the few corporate roles where you can make 7 figures.

Cons

Horrible culture, one time we had a "mental health" talk where they basically said if you're complaining about the job, it's not a Paycom problem it's because you just aren't working hard enough. When clients leave, we essentially hold their data hostage until they pay a huge fee. No matter what you do / what success you have, it will never be enough. Also experienced sexism as a woman in the office, constantly talked over in internal meetings, not taken seriously, and experienced sexism externally with clients.
