      Nice facilities and kind people, but poor management

      Pros

      Subsidized lunch. Nice facilities. Kind people working there.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Continuous changes with no clear visibility. Many fear losing their jobs all the time. Felt like a sinking ship working there. They are losing their top talent due to stubbornness around unrealistic org changes and leaving those that stay with more work load, lack of explanations, and anxiety around their role.
