Pros

None, this place sucks the life out of you

Cons

Expect long hours, sometimes late nights, weekends, work spilling into personal time. The workload keeps growing, but staffing/support often doesn’t keep up. Leadership and upper management are inconsistent. Policies or priorities shift frequently with little warning or input. Communication about changes is poor. High stress / low psychological safety: missing a metric even briefly can lead to fear of being let go. Feedback is often heavy on metrics and little on coaching or recognition. Favoritism and politics abound. Performance reviews, promotions, recognition seem tied as much to who you align with as what you deliver. Burnout is real. Many peers leave within a year or less. There is little buffer when things get intense. Some promised perks or bonuses/commissions are either delayed or have caveats. Be sure to read the fine print and understand how your compensation is structured.

Pros

The lunches. That’s about it

Cons

Absolutely abysmal training. Team Leads are just messenger’s. Supervisors are completely ignorant and power hungry. The work load and expectations are ridiculous. They look to tear you down and write you up at every opportunity. Pay is below market average
