      Hostile work environment Can (and will) terminate you without cause Low employee morale Do not care about their people Manage by fear (you are a disposable liability) Will deny your unemployment claim Turnover rate is 25% High stress work environment Everyone is replaceable (using automation as the excuse)

      Once a great place to work now ruined by bad policies and management

      - pay was good - outside of management and above, teammates and fellow employers were good. - Good benefits and PTO

      Cons

      - Bad management. Fails to implement processes that stick. Lacks accountability and instead of keeping their loyal employees, they let them go. - Awful work/life balance. Used to be great but has been corrupted.
