Paycom's Tax department offers a comfortable work environment that is easy to incorporate into so long as you have the drive to achieve your goals. With a positive work mentality and a friendly demeanor, this position offers you great opportunity to learn everything needed to grow your career and advance within the company.

Cons

This position is not for everyone. If you have a go get personality and a willingness to learn and adapt, then it might be for you. If you are wanting a position that is relaxed and repetitive, I would not recommend it for you.

- Pay! Incredible comp plan - Benefits - robust benefits that are very affordable for families - Chad - as a founder and CEO he is incredible and is willing to pour into employees himself, often times leading trainings for the sales force. - Job training + personal development

Cons

- Mid-Level management are beyond toxic and create mean girl atmosphere in the office all while thinking employees “owe” them something. - Office manager asking political stance early in employment
