People are great, mid level management does what they can, pay is decent, good amount of time off, work can be rewarding

Cons

No flexibility, strict in office requirements, conflicting messaging from leadership, chaotic, layoffs, toxic environments, work life balance is non-existent for some and okay for others, culture has gone sour, fear driven environment, little to no direction

Best training I've ever gone through at a company, they really set you up with a wealth of knowledge to hit the field and take the time to invest in your knowledge of the product.

Cons

Little to no shadowing. Wish they would have included a week of shadowing reps in the field as objections in person are way different than objections in role plays.
