Pros

Teammates, coworkers and being able to collaborate with talented developers.

Cons

Poor work life balance. No clear direction for management and product. Lack of innovation. Upper management are only interested in protecting themselves. Poor management and handling with sudden announcement to return to office. Compensation is not competitive at all in the market.

Pros

Once a trustworthy leadership who invested in the wellbeing and success of their workers, now something else entirely.

Cons

Expect a period of rapport building and then betrayal of trust. Management did a good job of appearing to care for the wellbeing of their staff, maintained a false aura of "best in the industry quality of life" reality proven to be a different story altogether. If you like being swindled by used car salesman or are a swindling used car salesman yourself you might enjoy a career at Paycom.
