      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth within the company and there is a wide variety of people to learn from.

      Cons

      The work schedule is not very flexible as far as being able to work remotely or having a more dynamic schedule.

      Amazing Company!

      Pros

      One of the best things about working at Paycom is the quality of the people. The development group here is filled with approachable, helpful people who genuinely want to help you succeed. I couldn't imagine a better job environment, especially for a first job out of college. The software development group is a meritocracy that consistently recognizes people who work hard and pull their weight. There is a clear pathway up the promotional ladder with multiple rewarding milestones. This leads to another huge Pro: promotions are solely based on the number of projects you get done, effectively eliminating workplace politics. Other pros: - Onsite gym, multiple basketball courts, and locker/laundry service. - Two catered lunch options every day for a flat $4 - $1 Healthcare - Solid company leadership - Many more.. come work here!

      Cons

      -Not a whole lot of vacation time. This slowly goes up after working here for a few years, but it would be nice to have a little more time.

      - Get to work with great people on very meaningful projects - A lot of room and opportunity to advance your career as an employee - Great active atmosphere with the gym and sport leagues we have.
