Pros

IF you get a good team, it is very nice, and you will learn a ton. Coworkers are very cool since everyone is younger and $4 lunches

Cons

No job security, if on a bad team you will be drowned with work, upper management has no care or remorse for employees. The men's bathroom is always packed

Pros

- Good people at the low levels who genuinely try and want to make a good product - Pretty good pay and benefits ($1 health insurance for individuals)

Cons

- Upper management makes decisions that prioritize their egos and control over actual productivity or morale. They seem to hate their employees and prioritize fearful vindictiveness over true leadership. - Stock compensation is a trap, you won't make it that far. Honestly not even sure the stock itself is going to make it that far. - Mediocre 401(k) match (3.5% if you put in 6%) - I don't know if they say they'll give bonuses anymore, but getting them is more about your team and manager than your individual performance. Same for "promotions". - Leadership does not live corporate values. - It doesn't matter if you take pride in your work or want to develop a good product. The deadline is always yesterday at the cost of the clients.
