Pros

- Great events for employees to participate and was able to build great friendships with other employees. - Hybrid schedule was very nice - The benefits were decent

Cons

The way they dictate your worth as an employee does not corresponds with the work you do. People are willing to pick up tickets that are below their skill level and leave the people who are inexperience with ticket that are above their skill level. They do not manage their developer well enough and do not understand the capabilities of each developer. The people that are left with tickets that are above their skill level will be left in the dirt, as you will be blamed for not producing quick enough or the people you ask for help will then take credit for what you've done. The team leads change constantly and do not give much guidance through our tasks. During the probation highly recommend to reach out to TL about your performance, as they won't tell you until your probation is done. You will not know what you are expected to do until you have no safe net. They don't care about getting difficult tickets finish they only care about how many tickets you've done. If someone were to do one difficult ticket that took a while and another one were to do a lot of small tickets. The person that did the small tickets would most likely be considered better performing. The 4 dollar lunch are actually miserable. Wanted to point that out since they like to advertise it.
