      Micromanagement and no innovation

      Coworkers are great to work with! Free insurance. You get stocks.

      Cons

      No innovation in the company. We’re developing the software in PHP in 2024. Also, there’s insane micromanagement and you need to log time for every minute if the 8 hours you work. You’re ‘given’ deadlines, you don’t estimate it.
