Pros

Everyone is bright, if you end up on a good time can have a great work life balance and work on good projects. There's growth opportunities and the gifts once in a while are nice.

Cons

It feels old school, work attire is still not casual, lunch is 4$ instead of free, and still have to show up to the office once a week with absolutely no exceptions.

Was on a great team Dev points if supervised in right manner compensation - but it’s still bad as it takes 4 years

Cons

Bad management Be aware when giving 2 weeks notice as they won’t give you sick leave unless you have DOCTORS note Bad culture - definitely the WORST culture
