Great team to work with. Great Cafeteria. I guess they have the best Health Insurance for employees than any other employer.

Cons

Don't really see any cons. - But I guess Hike/Promotion system based on Dev points is kind of unique to Paycom. Other companies don't really follow such process, which is also kind of good in way, which solely depends on a persons capability to achieve those points based on their potential. - Personally don't like the huge 1 person cubicles, feels suffocating in that small space. People like me to likes to talk to people sometime, you actually have to get out of your cube and go someone's cube with no standing space. From far it looks like a Server room with those gray walls with people working inside it.
