      Pros

      - Stable company which is always growing and profitable. - Reputed name since IPO - Company culture is a little traditional but depending on your manager you can have varying transparency - Decent pay - Decent perks

      Cons

      - Did not handle back-to-office work situations very well - Company culture is not growing with today's trend and with perks offered by comparable companies. - Stock equity starts almost after 1.5 years of service. No negotiations during the offer period regarding equity. All engineers get the same amount depending on their level.

      The company has good benefits.

      Cons

      They don't trust their employees. They will go back on their words so don't believe anything that they promise. No work from home in this day and age. A lot of people leaving the company in coming months
