Pros

Compensation, benefits, and immediate supervisors are really good. Most departments you have a lot of opportunities to succeed, enjoy your job for the most part, and still have a life outside of work.

Cons

The New Client Setup (NCS) Specialist and Paycom Service Department (PSD) Specialist are unreasonably difficult roles I would not wish on my worst enemy. Other client facing positions can be difficult as well, but nothing compares to those two.

Co-workers are great people to work with.

Cons

Upper management gaslights employees and poorly communicates policy changes. They consistently set unrealistic deadlines. They will fire people who are any level of critical of management so keep your mouth shut if you want to work here. Don't believe any promises and don't trust any kind of policy because they will change it at a whim with no concern for their employees. Look up news articles about Paycom employees revolting. Raises are essentially based on how long you have been at the company instead of merit based for Software Analyst.
