Pros

A growing company with lots of opportunities.

Cons

The company can put arbitrary and unrealistic deadlines on their teams and don't put enough trust in their lower level leaders perspective on these deadlines.

Pros

Not much honestly 1 pro they had was hybrid work, but that is going away soon. Stocks are decent I guess

Cons

Boring tech stack Not great pay Overworked by management Understaffed TL's Hybrid work going away after explicitly promising it wont. Lot more I cannot say to remain anonymous.

Pros

* Work life balance * Great mentorship and development process during the start of any position * Company culture which is very relaxed * Company benefits are pretty great

Cons

* Pay is not great, considering devs are in TX as well which is very competitive market * LTIPs takes a long time to vest, its not part of offer letter but given later on. * Working with a workstation which is stationary and can be improved by laptops
