      Management was good. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Stressful if you cannot be ok with not knowing the answers all the time. No longer hybrid. All in office work.

      Hard Work Gets Rewarded

      Pros

      If you want anything at this company, and are willing to put in hard work, it can become yours. You will be challenged day in and out, but the rewards will be tenfold. Those who do things outside of the typical job description and want to make the role better are those who receive the most opportunity.

      Cons

      Traveling can be tough, depending on your market. Sometimes a several-hour drive is required.
