Pros

Opportunity for advancement, Respectable Salary, Open and Honest Management, 24hr on site gym, Cafeteria and snack store on site, amazing coworkers, respectful management.

Cons

Cross training can be delayed. At times they place associates in the "wrong" role to meet needs even if their background does not match the position. Training is VERY inadequate & there is a very good chance the 2 weeks of training will have nothing to do with your actual position.

Pros

Energetic group of people to work with. Forward thinking company

Cons

Lack of leadership, no one seems to have a direction, software is less than impressive, losing people left and right due to the growth they are experiencing, managers are poorly trained and show no interest in their staff.

Great culture, fast-paced, ideas are encouraged and supported, focus on community, HQ has a great campus-feel with nice cafeteria and workout facility.

Cons

Experiencing growing pains, lack of processes that are written down, lots of tribal knowledge. Focus is on growth, sometimes at the expense of improving what's already there.
