- Team is driven to solve for the business outcomes in a results oriented environment - Many opportunities for career advancement - Product and IT Leadership is committed to empower team members to make improvements - You are empowered to solve the problems in your day to day world - Fantastic facilities

- If you need someone else to solve your problems for you, you may be easily frustrated - Typical growing pains of a fast paced, fast growing company (inter-team communications, etc.)

Pros

- I really liked the company and leadership. I had a great manager. The software was improving but they were not looking to leapfrog the competition. More like to get in-line with other smaller HCM companies. For the run of the mill clients, software was great but limited in scope for customized requests.

Cons

Selling payroll was just not my thing.
