      Pros

      Decent product set, great concept. Growth is off the charts, bright future.

      Cons

      Leadership is relatively inexperienced, been employed 15 plus years, struggles to understand Saas Cloud product, culture. The guiding principles are mere suggestions as upper management ignores them as they see fit. The compensation is below market for the work required. The benefits program is woefully inadequate for any top tier talent to want to make the leap.

      Our clients businesses are complex and unique. So too are the regulatory challenges that SMBs face, including ACA and the pending DOL regulations. We have a strong Product Management and Development team that is sorting through many priorities. We are confident that our roadmap will deliver the best possible solution for clients. Some times the journey to that clarity feels uneven or messy. Thank you for the reminder that we need to communicate more often along the way.

We recognize the challenges of year end; and it reflects the cycle of our clients businesses. It's a bit like being CPAs at tax time.
