Always understaffed, never enough payroll. The merchandise itself is poor quality and way over priced, and management wonders why sales are usually bad. You are almost always working by yourself, left on your own to do mass amounts of work. Theft was a problem because of this, especially since the smaller stores have no security and its hard to keep an eye on everything when youre the only one there and have a million different things to do.. and god forbid you dont get something done. My store manager was very unprofessional and would often just sit in back doing "paperwork" and neglect his duties.

Too much work for too little pay. As a manager being expected to run a high volume mall on very little payroll and still meet all KPI's it's impossible. Clear favoritism from DM to certain managers. Being punished for bad CSAT scores by requiring managers to work a 6th day (Less payroll to use!) is nonsense. One person can't do the work of 3 people all the time and not have a nervous breakdown. Part time associates are expected to do everything a manager does for 1/6 the pay.
