Flexibility, progressive work environment, relaxed yet professional, you have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute, intelligent development - meaning they actively develop based on client feedback.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any. It's an amazing company to work for. If there was any con, I couldn't negotiate additional time off in my first year. Maybe it was me?

Paylocity is a growing company with amazing leadership and employees. I rave to everyone I can about how lucky I am to work at this organization. The development opportunities and family-like culture are unmatched.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly, and along with that comes some inevitable challenges and growing pains.

Work/Life Schedule. Promotional Growth. Positive Work Environment. Benefits, PTO, are exceptional and costs are low. It's truly a best place to work and the believe that happy employees are equal to happy clients and Paylocity works hard to keep that true

Cons

I do not find any cons with this company. Working at multiple payroll and hr companies this one is the best!
