      Leadership you can believe in: forward thinking, customer-centric, leads by example Constant innovation in workforce management Through the roof employee engagement; everyone cares about each other's success Even though sales is virtual, I feel like I am part of team more than when I reported to an office with one of the big 2 payroll companies

      Cons

      We are still introducing Paylocity as a brand to customers in the market. There are no shortcuts to success. You have to put in consistent effort every day.

      Pros

      I just celebrated my 7th anniversary with Paylocity. I can honestly tell you it was the best decision of my business life and that statement is more evident now than it was when I started my career at Paylocity. Even with all of the challenges that come with a dynamic and growing company, the positives absolutely outweigh any short term negatives. Leadership is extremely vested in our culture and that comes through in so many ways. I don't see myself ever working at another organization.
