Pros

Nothing anymore as of last week.

Cons

Despite record-high client counts and growing revenue, upper leadership continues to hoard profits while refusing to offer cost-of-living adjustments or competitive pay. Leadership refuses to acknowledge the glaring imbalance of wealth, instead choosing to tighten control over employees while lining their own pockets. In a display of complete disregard for the workforce, Andy Capatelli—wearing a watch worth over $15,000—delivered the news in a video dropped at 5 PM, announcing that work-from-home privileges would be revoked in just 60 days. Employees, already overburdened with excessive workloads and relentless micromanagement, are now expected to sacrifice what little work-life balance they had left, all while leadership pretends that this unsustainable model is in the company’s best interest.

Pros

Great first level leadership, camaraderie among fellow account managers, company culture. Benefits are excellent.

Cons

Very reactive company that makes many quick decisions that damage the product, upsets clients, and increases the workload and job complexity for Service. Constant change that has not been for the better lately. Remote work has just been removed completely and all operations are now required in office 5 days per week.

Pros

- Great people to work with - Great work/life balance - Decent autonomy

Cons

- Lots of red tape, takes forever to get anything done - No modern tooling, AI tools are a non-starter - Asking for any new tools takes about a year through legal & procurement
