Pros

The culture here is great. They treat us very well and there is plenty of training to become successful in your role. They supply breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday and treat us all to lunch every Thursday. Free coffee and snacks in the breakroom and we even have a freezer full of ice cream treats. Management here takes feedback seriously and listens to the employees. I can't say enough good things about the company.

I get to work when I want to and am not pressured to work more than 40 hours a week. My team is also fun to work with

we dont' get much control over what technologies we use and the c suite execs double their salary every year while giving us less than inflation raises
