Pros

decent benefits, collaborative employee base (the training group I started with literally connected together and bonded over the trauma of working here lmao)

Cons

account managers are spread far to thin for the work they are supposed to do. you spend less time "managing" the accounts assigned to you, and play call center rep due to the insane volume of calls/emails from yours and other AM's accounts. it's getting paid to get yelled at for 8 hours a day (if not more.) this is all on top of being micromanaged to death. you'll hear success stories from management about how much money the company makes, and how happy other departments are, while AM's drown in the workload. this is what leads to employee burnout and high turnover.

Toxic Company

Pros

Catering once a week, fridge stocked with sandwiches and drinks, semi healthy snacks available daily, ice cream bar, pool table and arcade machines (you will rarely have time to use these amenities if you work in service), over time is optional (but not really).

Cons

Toxic management that set very unrealistic expectations for account managers. Black out periods from December to mid March where the workload will triple and you can only use sick time to call out so god forbid you get sick during the year and have no sick time by December. Zero work life balance.
