      Ceo is a real piece of work No COLA adjustments, claim pay is fair but only offer 2.85% performance raise Complete restructuring of account managers and realignment with little to no notice or preparation, leaving clients unpreapred Overworked, untrained AM's Sales with lie to prospects about the product

      Pros

      Higher position average pay. The role is remote after the pandemic. They make you feel like this is the pinnacle of success on the client service end when actually it really is a dead end role.

      Cons

      Dead end role. Management passes the buck doesn’t manage and coach you to better or even stand up to clients when they are wrong for fear of losing revenue and bonuses they get. The work environment is very tiring you’re responsible for your own demanding clients and still have to deal with other people’s clients problems which affects your day and makes for bad interactions and bad relationships within teams
