      Lower salary than competitors, high workload, miniscule raises

      Frequent turnover, layoffs without warning, poor merit raises and poorer non-negotiable promotion raises, understaffed, when someone is out sick everyone else gets more work dumped on them, and they are always looking for ways to automate so they can save money.

      Typical Woke Corporation. Pay is laughable compared to the egregious workload. Panders to the social justice warriors instead of taking care of ALL of their employees.
