Pros

Cons

The company has lost sight of taking care of their employees. They underpay in almost every department except service and they only keep throwing money at them because they put so much work on them that nobody wants to stay. When asking for a raise it was immediately shut down because there’s no way to give a raise outside of your annual review or a promotion. The annual raise is always 3% which isn’t much when inflation is 7%. I was advised to go to service if I wanted to make more money. They also have pay transparency to make it seem like they care but in reality it’s just a reminder that you aren’t going to be paid what even they say you will. The only way to go up the different tiers is to wait it out and keep taking that 3% raise.

Pros

Decent work/life balance, some managers are decent.

Cons

Many: Was told when recruited that if I hit my quota, I will make 140k my first year. I hit quota and was nowhere close to that. Granted, I didnt blow it out of the water, but I did hit my quota like I should have, and with that, still didnt break 100k. Thats the first issue. Then comes the horrible implementation/service experience. Every client I have sold within the last year have come back to me angry because of a terrible service and/or implementation experience. (Long, long, long hold times- despite telling them its a 20 second hold time during the sales process) people not getting back to them at all (clients reach out to implementation specialists/account managers multiple times, but to no response). With this job, we are evaluated for how much we sell, but in reality, we probably have 20% of our time dedicated to selling something. The rest is spent doing partner meetings (which we may or may not get a referral), being on dozens of calls per week, etc. We spend so much time on admin/putting out fires, that selling almost takes a backseat some days. Also, there is no upward mobility. I have been here for a few years and have not seen ONE person get promoted to a sales manager, even top P club performers! Instead, they get passed on for someone who is outside of the company. Just look at all the recent sales managers.
