Pros

It's a reliable job for the most part.

Cons

They took away the EAM role remote work option, and now they have taken away RSU's which were part of our promised compensation from 90% of EAMs. They have also mandated a business casual attire for work when it wasn't originally required. The increased commute cost, apparel cost, and loss of RSU's aren't compensated for in any way. All of this translates to massive pay cuts.

Pros

None (seriously not a single one)

Cons

This company does not care about their employees. Everything is done to make the execs richer. This used to be a great company and I hope Steve is haunted by what he let happen to his company. They haven't recently forced everyone within 50 miles back to the office (after lying and saying we were never a hybrid company despite running ads on being hybrid for hiring), they have cut stocks for employees (and saying it's to encourage performance but limit leadership on how many people they can mark high). They work their lower leadership doing grunt work that takes them from actually helping their team. They say sales is the most important but implementation literally builds the product that this company runs on and they treat them like nothings.
