Pros

The pay is good and the job itself is good.

Cons

Everything that’s outside of the actual job itself. Management is absolutely terrible. Zero assistance, managers don’t show up for meetings, ignores requests when assistance is needed. Most reports given are all incorrect. The entire place is a disorganized MESS! I could go on and on about how backwards this place is.

Pros

PTO is decent and co workers..

Cons

Absolute WORST company to work for. management is heartless and tone deaf. Work load is unrealistic and stressful and leaders are no help. Company fires employees for having opinions. Leadership is incompetent and unaware and micromanage employees. Managers micromanage but are unhelpful and lack experience to actually offer an help or support in service roles. Was once a great company but is now a prison that lacks empathy or work life balance. I definitely would NOT suggest working for this company. BIG mistake

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We hear you, and we appreciate the detail and care you put into your feedback. We’re glad to see you highlighted your coworkers; our people truly are what make Paylocity special. We understand that the shift in our in-office policy has been challenging for some. This decision was made thoughtfully, as we believe in-person collaboration strengthens team connections, enhances client experiences, and supports career growth. We also hear your concerns about workload, recognition, and the broader implications of the return-to-office decision. Your ideas around flexibility, hybrid options for AM3 and above, and fully remote roles for certain positions are thoughtful and appreciated. These types of suggestions are the kind of feedback that helps drive internal conversations and informs how we evolve. We remain focused on supporting our teams through this transition and encourage ongoing dialogue. Please continue to share your experiences and ideas with your leader or through the appropriate internal channels. We know our success depends on our people, and your feedback plays an important role in shaping our path forward.
