Pros
The vacation days and sicks days were nice.
Cons
The recent return to office mandate made me as a remote employee worried about my future opportunities. Not being close to an office advancement opportunities would be limited and trying to move to other departments would be impossible since many employees will be competing for few jobs. During the hiring process I was promised fully remote work and so many paths for jobs only to find out that was no longer true. My first year with merit increases was a decent raise to them only receive minimal the next year with good metrics. The workloads continued to grow even through with the restructuring of client tiers, we were told client load would be less.
