      Pros

      Plenty of advancement opportunities, a company that portrays a work/life balance and lives up to the hype! Extremely knowledgeable management, great personalities all around. A work environment and culture that I'm proud to be a part of. Love love love it!

      Cons

      Employee benefit cost is competitive but on the higher side. Can't think of any other cons (which in itself should be another pro)

      Pros

      Paylocity creates a wonderful work culture. I feel like I have a work/life balance and love coming to work every day. The staff is energized and really values being part of such a great company. Managers are open to discuss issues, ideas and concerns and really address anything. Your opinion matters and you're not just a number. I feel like I really make a difference.

      Cons

      Change happens so frequently that sometimes it's a bit unclear of expectations or what's happening. The managers are great about finding out the answers to your questions.

      Pros

      I've been at Paylocity just about two years and have been able to develop my career more than I could have ever imagined in such a short period of time. The opportunity for advancement and growth from a department level to a personal/professional level is HUGE! I truly feel like a valued member of my team and company as a whole - which is very rare to find these days. The flexibility, people, opportunity, and overall atmosphere is what makes me excited to come to work every day.

      Cons

      The separation of having two buildings at corporate can be a bit challenging for logistics of meetings and things. But it's understandable having grown so quickly!
